The data controller is the management of Noè Ponti, Abrogans GmbH. For any privacy related request you can write to info@noeponti.ch.
This site is mainly informational and does not require registration. The only personal data processed is what you voluntarily provide through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, an optional phone number and the text of your message.
The contact form does not send data to a server: it opens your email program with a pre filled message that you are free to send or cancel. Your data therefore only reaches our mailbox.
The site uses no profiling cookies and no tracking or behavioural analytics tools. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for operation are used, for example in the restricted administration area.
The pages contain links to external social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and to partner websites. Once you leave this site, the processing of your data is governed by the privacy policies of those services. Fonts are loaded through Google Fonts: during your visit your IP address may be sent to Google.
The site is hosted on servers located in Switzerland (Infomaniak Network SA). Any data sent by email is kept only for as long as needed to handle your request.
You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion and object to its processing. To exercise these rights write to info@noeponti.ch.
